About these terms

These terms and conditions apply to your use of the Cenkos Logistics website and the services we provide. By using this site, requesting a quote, or booking a delivery or pickup, you agree to these terms. Cenkos Logistics Limited ("Cenkos Logistics", "we", "us", "our") operates this site and provides parcel, cargo and passenger transport in Nigeria, the United Kingdom and internationally.

Our services

We arrange the collection and delivery of parcels and cargo, and passenger pickups. A booking or quote submitted through the site is a request. It becomes confirmed once we accept it and send you a confirmation. We keep you updated on the status of your booking (for example Pending, Assigned, In Transit and Delivered).

Bookings, quotes and your information

You are responsible for making sure the details you give us (pickup and delivery addresses, contact details, and a description of the goods or passengers) are accurate and complete. Incorrect information may cause delays or extra costs. Prices and quotes are estimates unless we confirm them with you.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible using the details below. Charges may apply for changes or cancellations made after collection has been arranged or started.

Items we cannot carry

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot carry certain items, including illegal goods, dangerous or hazardous materials, and anything prohibited by law or by a carrier we work with. If you are unsure whether an item can be sent, please ask us before booking. We may refuse or return any item that breaches these terms.

Liability

We take reasonable care of goods in our charge. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the value of the goods and, where they apply, to the limits set by the carriers and insurers we use. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Passenger services

Passengers must behave safely and lawfully during a pickup, and follow reasonable instructions from our drivers. We may refuse or end a journey where behaviour is unsafe, unlawful, or puts others at risk.

Shop, payments and digital products

Some bookings and products can be paid for on this site by card or bank payment, processed by our payment providers (Stripe and Paystack). We do not store your card details. Digital products (such as e-books and downloads) become available in your dashboard once payment is confirmed. Because digital products are delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded, unless the product is faulty. If something is wrong with a purchase or a payment, contact us with your receipt number and we will put it right.

Affiliate programme

Our affiliate programme lets registered affiliates earn commission by referring customers through a personal referral link. Commission is earned when a referred booking is completed (delivered), calculated at the rate we set from time to time. Before a payout is released, affiliates must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification, and payouts are processed manually by our team. We may change the commission rate or programme rules, and we may withhold commission where we believe the programme has been misused.

Intellectual property

The content, branding and design of this website belong to Cenkos Logistics Limited and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site and our services.
